Casper is seeking sales-oriented staff to deliver exceptional service in our New York stores. You will engage customers, manage client communications, and drive in-store sales while maintaining product knowledge and store presentation.

Responsibilities include inventory replenishment, community events support, and relaying customer feedback to teams to improve the experience. Weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 150 lbs are expected.

• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain the visual integrity of the space.
• Create and process in-store sales.
• Process and receive inventory replenishments.
• Assist with setting up and executing community programs and events.
• Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams such as tech, marketing, design, and product to constantly improve the customer experience.

Hourly Base Compensation Range: $17.00-19.00 USD
