Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Royal Oak is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

You will greet customers, operate the register, balance the till, restock merchandise, and support daily sales with a team. Training provided with ongoing coaching and an employee discount.

Qualifications

• Friendly customer service is required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Basic math and computer skills are needed.
• Flex schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift merchandise.
• High school diploma or current pursuit.

Responsibilities

Retail Sales Associate

Location: Royal Oak MI | Pay: $13.73 - $15.73 per hour | Job Type: Part-time | Schedule: 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community.
