Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Highland, MI is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate for a part-time position. You will greet customers, process sales, balance the register, restock, and maintain a tidy sales floor.

The role includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled and pays hourly. Training is provided, with ongoing coaching and opportunities to build retail and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment.

Retail Sales Associate

Location: Highland MI Pay: $13.73 - $15.73 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do
