About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service at the point of sale and in customer service processes, focusing on consistent execution and operational efficiency. You will facilitate quick transactions while creating a compelling customer experience.

What You’ll Do

1. Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; operate cash registers, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods.
2. Execute point of sale and customer service standards accurately and efficiently, providing courteous, friendly, and fast service.
3. Meet or exceed individual goals, such as credit and loyalty sign-ups.
4. Support inventory accuracy through proper completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
5. Assist in training new hires on service procedures, including best practices, POS operations, and using available tools, while adhering to Kohl’s brand standards.
6. Participate in daily service processes like register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
