What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and assist them with products and services, operate cash registers, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle different payment methods.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards accurately and efficiently, providing courteous, friendly, and fast service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals such as credit and loyalty programs.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper completion of sales and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service procedures, tools, and brand standards.
• Participate in daily operations like register balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
