What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, offer assistance, operate cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle different payment methods.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards accurately and efficiently, providing courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through proper completion of all point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes, tools, and standards.
• Participate in daily service activities such as register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
