Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Associate—Processor at our Tifton, GA store. The role involves processing donations, stocking shelves, rotating merchandise by color, and assisting in multiple store areas as needed.

The position averages 20–25 hours per week with shifts Monday through Sunday. Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and prior retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills.
• Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment required.
• 1 year of cash handling experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes and sorts donated goods rapidly and accurately.
• Stocks store shelves in a neat, orderly manner.
• Rotates merchandise using a color-coded system.
• Identifies quality donations; items are priced, processed, and moved to the sales floor on time.
• Aims to meet production goals based on donation quality and quantity.
• Works in other areas of the store as needed by leadership.
