Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers – Valdosta, GA is seeking a part-time Retail Associate–Processor. The role supports processing, sorting, stocking shelves, and rotating merchandise to maintain store standards. You may be cross-trained to cover multiple retail areas and help achieve daily production goals.

The position typically runs 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST with 20–25 hours per week, requiring the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist customers and maintain store standards.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort donated goods quickly and accurately.
• Stock shelves neatly and rotate merchandise by color-coding.
• Identify quality donations and ensure they are priced, processed, and moved to sales floor promptly.
• Meet production goals based on donations quality and quantity.
• Cross-train to work in all areas of retail operations.
