Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Fishers, IN. You may perform roles including cashier, textiles or wares producer, donation door attendant, and eCommerce producer, supporting store goals and customer service.

The role requires handling payments, sorting donations, stocking shelves, and assisting with eCommerce operations. You will work with a team on a busy retail floor and help maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, and follows cash-handling procedures.
• Educates customers about Goodwill programs and directs questions to the right person.
• Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor and purges, sorts, and merchandises merchandise.
• Sorts products by quality and values, labels and hangs textiles or wares, and tracks production.
• Accepts donations, sorts products, and maintains a clean donation area; loads/unloads trucks as needed.
• Develops items for eCommerce (ClickGoodwill), tags and packs items for shipment, and supports online sales.
