Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience while engaging with all customers.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and manage change per SOP.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and follow merchandising procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and maintain cleanliness.
• Participate in store recovery and uphold safety standards.
• Support shrink reduction goals and assist in other duties as assigned.
