Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar retail/hospitality/client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service through strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork oriented.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora’s brand.
• Deliver exceptional client service and help achieve sales goals.
