Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Associate at our Woodbury, MN location. You will support daily store operations, manage inventory and stock replenishment, and assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences while meeting sales goals. The position requires 1–2 years in retail or similar settings, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
