Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, restocking and organizing Hallmark products, and maintaining inventory. The role supports seasonal changes and installations, with occasional holiday work and teamwork across territories.

The position offers paid training and voluntary benefits, with weekly hours typically between 10 and 15. Availability around major holidays is required, and the role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to access documents and information.
• Access to Wi-Fi and transportation to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory across stores.
• Engage with store teams and customers to ensure attractive product displays and accurate inventory levels.
• Collaborate with field teams to support other merchandisers in their territories.
