Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in retail environments, restocking and organizing Hallmark products, and maintaining inventory across assigned stores. You will support seasonal resets, installations, and collaborate with store teams while representing Hallmark in the field.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong organization, and retailer relationship skills, with a variable schedule averaging 12–15 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• You have access to reliable transportation to travel to stores.
• You can lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: expect additional days and extended hours during major holidays.
• Department resets: assist in installing fixtures, relocating sections, and remodeling with notice two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support others in their territories.
