Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in a variety of retail environments, restocking and arranging Hallmark product displays while maintaining inventory levels. You will use a handheld device to track activity and communicate with store teams, building strong retailer relationships.

This role includes seasonal resets, flexible scheduling with 10–20 hours weekly and potential weekend work around holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must have access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day merchandiser tasks: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within stores using the handheld device and communicate with supervisor.
• Support holiday and seasonal resets with extended hours and weekend work when required.
• Participate in department resets: install fixtures, relocate card sections, and adjust displays; two weeks' notice for remodels.
• Be part of the Hallmark field network, supporting other merchandisers as needed.
