Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day inventory restocking and display maintenance using a Hallmark mobile device.
• Support holiday demand with extended hours and weekend work when required.
• Assist with department resets and fixture installations as needed.
• Collaborate with other merchandisers to cover assigned stores.
