Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement, inventory levels, and in-store resets across assigned retailers. You’ll engage with store teams, maintain displays, and support seasonal changes while upholding Hallmark standards.

This role emphasizes reliability, organization, and strong time management. You’ll work a variable schedule, about 12–23 hours weekly, with potential weekend shifts around holidays and peak seasons, and receive paid training.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to view documents.
• Have access to Wi-Fi and internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to stores.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventories across stores.
• Support seasonal holidays with extended hours and holiday demands.
• Assist with fixture installations and department resets in stores.
• Collaborate with a network of merchandisers to cover assigned territories.
