Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, restocking and organizing Hallmark products, and maintaining store displays. You may assist with seasonal resets and installations and may collaborate with other products in stores you service.

Starting pay is $13.50–$15.50 per hour, with paid training and voluntary benefits for part-time employees. Weekly hours average 8–10, with some weekend work and holiday season coverage.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to manage time and organize inventory.
• Capable of providing friendly customer service in a retail setting.
• Strong organizational skills for shelf setup and resets.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock and monitor Hallmark products using a handheld device; coordinate with store staff and supervisor.
• Holiday support: work additional days/hours around major holidays; may include holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: assist with fixtures, relocations, and card section refreshes; two weeks notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support teammates across territories.
