Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, restocking and organizing Hallmark products, and engaging with store teams. The role emphasizes independent work, time management, and customer interaction to maintain optimal product displays.

Expect training, some weekend or holiday shifts, and seasonal resets. Average weekly hours are up to 10, with pay starting at $14.00–$16.00 per hour. Benefits are available for part‑time employees.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours around major holidays and weekend work as needed.
• Department Resets: participate in installations and remodel tasks with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers in their territories as required.
