Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser Floater, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may service another vendor's product in your assigned store, with instructions and additional time provided.

Salary and Shift Details

• Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 depending on shift and location.
• This is a part-time position with variable weekday hours.
• Expected weekly hours are 5–10 hours.
• Availability during major holidays and weekends is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will service Hallmark displays in various retail stores, including grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. Responsibilities include:

• Restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory using a mobile device; communicating with supervisors; interacting professionally with store staff and customers.
• Supporting seasonal holiday demands, with potential work on actual holidays and weekends.
• Participating in department resets, fixture installations, and store remodels, often with advance notice.
• Supporting additional tasks as part of a team effort.

Physical Requirements

This physically demanding role requires energy and urgency. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. You will stand, walk, stoop, squat, and climb stairs or ladders throughout your shift.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to handle products weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate mobile technology provided.
