Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser Floater, you'll work independently to showcase your organization, time management, and relationship-building skills, serving as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may service another vendor's product in your assigned store, with instructions and additional time provided.

Salary and Shift Details

• Starting pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.50, depending on shift and location.
• This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule during the week.
• Weekly hours vary from 2 to 10 hours.
• Availability around major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Responsibilities

You will perform service work across various retail stores, including grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. The position involves three main components:

1. Day-to-day engagement: Restocking, organizing, and monitoring product inventory using a mobile device, communicating with supervisors, and interacting professionally with store staff and customers.
2. Holiday support: Increased hours and days around major holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, including working on holidays and weekends.
3. Department resets: Assisting with installations, fixture building, department relocations, and resets, often with two weeks' notice, which may include evenings or weekends.
4. One Team Vision: Supporting additional tasks beyond your specific responsibilities as needed.

Physical Requirements

This role requires high energy and the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must be able to stoop, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate hand-held technology to access and interpret information.
