Position Overview

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II - Walmart - FLOATER at Acosta, you will ensure that our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and executing retail merchandising activities. Your work will connect customers with their favorite brands in one of the world's largest retailers.

• Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
• Employment Type: Part-time
• Experience/Skills: Relevant merchandising experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in backrooms, stock, and pack out products.
• Straighten products on shelves and place coupons/signage materials.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work, including taking photos and answering step-by-step questions.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to complete tasks effectively.
• Report work and submit photos on the same day of completion.

Qualifications and Success Factors

• Ability to work independently and own your store(s).
• Effective communication with store staff and team members.
• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
• Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Additional Information

This role offers flexible scheduling, including 2-4 days per week, with work hours between 6am-6pm. You will need access to reliable transportation to travel between retail locations.
