Job summary

Imperial Distributors, Inc. in Lincoln, NH is seeking a part-time on-site Field Merchandiser to ensure stock levels and promotional displays are maintained across assigned stores.

The role focuses on accurate merchandising, friendly customer service, and timely reporting from the field. The position requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently on a daytime schedule, with a Thursday morning shift (2–4 hours) as described.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior retail, grocery, food service, or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow simple instructions.
• Knowledge of merchandising and health/beauty products is a plus.
• Capable of basic arithmetic and using money and units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Make regularly scheduled store visits.
• Ensure inline General Merchandise categories are stocked and maintained.
• Set up and maintain displays for promotions and new items.
• Complete resets and maintain planograms.
• Build relationships with store managers and employees.
• Stock merchandise and maintain shelf conditions.
• Prepare weekly service reports via tablet.
• Operate with planogram compliance and back-stock management.
• Other duties as assigned.
