Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and build relationships with store staff while reporting to the District Manager.

This role offers a flexible local schedule, travel and mileage reimbursement, early wage access, and a company 401(k) with match (where eligible).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
