Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser in the Boston area to support merchandising at major US retailers. You will stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure pricing and inventory accuracy while engaging store management and shoppers with LEGO brand story.

The role is field-based, 20–24 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 7am–6pm, with an emphasis on independent, self-managed work in a dynamic retail environment. Prior merchandising experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience helpful, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must live within 20 miles of Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and pack out product from retailer storage.
• Install or maintain point of purchase materials and display products.
• Maintain displays and pricing accuracy; ensure inventory integrity.
• Communicate with store management and decision makers; report merchandising activity.
