Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must live within 20 miles of Worcester, MA.
• Ability to work daytime hours, M-F, 7am–6pm, 20–24 hours weekly.
• Self-managed role with independent task execution.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, pack out product from retailers’ on-site storage, and maintain displays and pricing.
• Install or maintain point-of-purchase materials and interact with shoppers.
• Supervise store inventory and ensure display integrity.
• Represent LEGO values to store management and customers; document merchandising activity.
