Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to support our US merchandising team in the Danbury, CT area. You will stock shelves, install displays, and maintain pricing while building relationships with store management and shoppers.

This flexible, self-managed role requires 18+ years old, ability to work 7am–6pm (Mon–Fri), and reliable transportation. 20–24 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate. Headspace wellbeing and colleague discounts are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must live within 20 miles of Danbury, CT.
• Ability to work day time business hours, 7am–6pm, M–F (20–24 hours/week).
• This is a self-managed role with independent task execution.
• Retail merchandising experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and pack out product from retailers' storage facilities.
• Install or maintain point-of-purchase materials and displays.
• Maintain pricing and inventory integrity; supervise store inventory.
• Share product knowledge and LEGO brand values with store personnel and shoppers.
• Report merchandising activity to field manager.
