This position involves daily interaction with store personnel, executing promotions, maintaining displays, and building relationships to support brand success across Grocery, Personal Care, and Frozen Food categories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 1–2 years of retail sales or merchandising experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for daily store discussions with personnel at all levels.
• Ability to multitask with a heightened sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store personnel and support a positive brand image.
• Ensure sales and promotions are executed on time and aligned with client growth initiatives.
• Increase in-store visibility of client products and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising and display standards to ensure products are always available.
