Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Meridian, MS is seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Merchandiser to service retail accounts within an assigned territory and drive client standards and growth. The role rewards independence, strong sales skills, and the confidence to influence store personnel.

You will build relationships, maintain shelf standards, execute promotions, and support client initiatives while working with leading consumer brands in grocery, personal care, and frozen foods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–2 years of retail sales or merchandising experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for daily discussions with customers.
• Ability to multi-task with urgency and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changing client goals and independent work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store personnel and create action plans to support the client’s brand image.
• Ensure sales are executed on time and aligned with client growth initiatives.
• Increase in-store visibility and meet/exceed sales goals for client products and promotions.
• Maintain merchandising and display standards to keep products available.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive product positioning and awareness.
