Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Curious, data-driven, and interested in learning how insights fuel store-level sales success.
• Proactive, confident, and engaging, with ability to collaborate with store leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Able to drive sales by executing promotions, building displays, and ordering with purpose.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical demands of a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps that showcase products and capture shopper attention.
• Reset shelves with proper product rotation to keep stores fresh, full, and on plan.
