Hallmark Cards in Arlington, VA is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in retail stores, restocking and optimizing product placement while maintaining inventory. You’ll collaborate with local store teams to ensure compelling displays and accurate stock levels using a handheld device for time reporting and feedback.

This role offers paid training, a flexible part-time schedule averaging 10–15 hours per week, and voluntary benefits like medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: seasonal demand with extended hours around holidays and potential weekend work.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture setup, and relocations; remodels notified two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support other team members.
