Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently, showcasing your organization and time management skills, establishing retailer relationships, and representing Hallmark. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may service another vendor's product in your assigned store, with detailed instructions and additional time provided.

Salary and Shift Details

• Your starting pay will be up to $13.50, depending on shift and location.
• This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the workweek.
• Weekly hours are between 10-12 hours.
• Availability during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

Your role includes:

1. Day-to-day engagement: Restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products using a mobile device, communicating with supervisors, and interacting professionally with store staff and customers.
2. Holiday support: Supporting seasonal demand around major holidays, with potential work on holidays and weekends.
3. Department Resets: Participating in installations, fixture building, department relocations, and resets, often with advance notice.
4. One Team Vision: Supporting additional work and installation tasks beyond your specific responsibilities as needed.

Physical Requirements

This role requires high energy and physical effort, including pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly, and occasionally 50 pounds, as well as stooping, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate hand-held technology.
• Access to Wi-Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to report to locations.
