Qualifications

• Retail management experience of at least 1 year.
• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy.
• Proficient with a POS system to process transactions and manage sales.
• Stand, bend, and lift up to 11-35 kg during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver next-level customer experiences to drive sales.
• Train and guide piercing services and aftercare.
• Maintain store displays and organized inventory.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling and promotions.
• Collaborate with team to create a positive, high-energy environment.
