Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals with upselling and promos.
• Train piercing staff and maintain sterile, customer-focused service.
• Maintain attractive displays and organized inventory.
• Support Store Manager and motivate the team.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay on trend to boost sales.
