Job summary

Office Depot, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to guide print, tech, furniture and services sales while delivering total solutions to customers. You will build relationships, coach staff, and uphold Office Depot 5C values in a busy store environment.

You'll help manage print services, assist with merchandising, and may serve as External Key Carrier or Leader on Duty. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job‑related technology and POS systems
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services

Responsibilities

• Support Print Sales and Services to drive store sales.
• Operate Print Services equipment and ensure timely client orders.
• Maintain store merchandising and assist with visual standards.
• Perform External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty duties as scheduled.
• Provide coaching and training to associates to enhance the customer experience.
