Job summary

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder to support the Dallas Store in Allen, Texas. You will lead shifts, assist with opening/closing, and partner with management to drive sales and customer service.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.00 to $19.00 and a generous 50% employee discount. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and able to stand for extended periods while lifting up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Culinary passion required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights & weekends.
• Commitment to customer service and constant improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional attitude with ability to adapt to change.
• Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift 35 lbs or more and comfortable using a ladder.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not provided)

Responsibilities

• Shift leadership responsibilities.
• Store opening and closing responsibilities along with POS and asset management.
• Partner with manager on day-to-day business needs.
• Efficiently process replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and elevate customer experience.
• Maintain optimal product presentation in accordance with set standards.
• Execute product demonstrations and special events.
• Partner with the Events Manager on special events.
