Job summary

Uptown Cheapskate College Park is hiring a Part-time Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and keep the team focused on driving sales and delivering great customer service.

You should bring retail leadership, a hands-on, problem-solving approach, strong communication, and the ability to schedule, train, and hold employees accountable while keeping a fun, organized store.

This role requires weekend availability and the ability to open/close the store as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management or assistant management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sales & merchandising experience.
• Experience with scheduling, training and employee accountability.
• Ability to make decisions independently.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Hands-on, 'see it and fix it' attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and open/close as needed.
