Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC presents an Express brand role at Liberty Town Center in Ohio. This part-time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder position focuses on opening/closing procedures, customer service, and maintaining a welcoming sales floor.

You will support the team during busy periods and help deliver the Express shopping experience. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years retail experience, and be available evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience with minimum 6 months
• Proficient with iPad and registers
• Availability including nights, weekends and non‑business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures including balancing registers and deposits
• Performs overrides at checkout as needed
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor, fitting room and stockroom
• Follows policies to ensure safety of associates and customers
• Supports product launch changes per SOP
• Delivers the customer experience model
• Processes transactions quickly and accurately
• Resolves customer issues and escalates when needed
• Encourages participation in credit and loyalty programs
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
