Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver in Vista, CA. This role offers a NEW higher starting pay and flexible scheduling with paid training. Starting wage is $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through performance.

No prior inventory experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. You’ll travel to retail locations, operate handheld scanners, and help teams count and record inventory accurately.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Good driving record and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.
