Job summary

WIS International in Joliet, IL is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to support inventory events. You will drive teammates, count stock with handheld scanners, and ensure accuracy while meeting productivity goals.

No inventory experience is required; training is provided. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay opportunities, plus a referral bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment checks including MVR.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport teammates to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the pay program.
• Travel to retail locations and demonstrate company values.
