WIS International in Joliet, IL is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to help count inventory at top retailers. You will use handheld scanners to log counts, travel between locations, and support accurate results while earning performance-based pay.

Starting wages are $18.00–$20.00 per hour with training provided. The role emphasizes reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently or with a team on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business.
• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment consumer reports and MVR checks.
• Comfortable using handheld scanning devices and GPS navigation, with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events at retail locations.
• Count and record inventory using handheld scanners with high accuracy.
• Maintain attention to detail to meet productivity goals.
• Travel to multiple retail locations and work in a fast-paced environment.
