Oakley is seeking a part-time specialized advisor for the Birch Run store to drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will motivate floor staff, maintain brand standards, and support inventory and merchandising in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, stock organization, and delivering top service. Flexible scheduling and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets and delivering results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with cash registers and basic computer use.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and product updates.
• Establishes strong connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Upholds company customer service initiatives on the sales floor.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring inventory.
• Supports floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and floor cleanliness.
• Organizes the warehouse with labeling and orderliness.
• Leads store opening/closing procedures when management is absent.
• Performs other tasks assigned by management.
