Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, seeks a store associate to maintain a clean, organized store environment with emphasis on floor care. You will operate floor scrubbers, perform mopping, and assist across store areas to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operates scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Supports Front End coverage and upholds merchandising signage standards.
• Participates in store recovery and ensures safety.
