Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a part-time Retail Associate I to help keep the sales floor stocked, neat, and customer-friendly. You will greet customers, answer questions, and maintain merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.

The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to work a varied schedule including weekends, and adherence to safety and store policies. Daily Pay options and other benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year retail experience preferred.
• Prior visual merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor in an organized and presentable manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions.
• Merchandise floor to standard (categorized, colorized, sized) and refresh product selection.
• Assist management by communicating floor needs and supporting departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
