Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Sales Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service and accurate checkout handling. You will greet customers, operate the POS system, and ensure pricing accuracy at purchase.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, work evenings/weekends, and maintain a clean, safe sales floor while supporting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong numeric and basic math skills with currency handling.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate a computer-based cash register.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service at the POS.
• Handle transactions accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Assist customers with questions, purchases, and returns.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and restrooms.
• Open/close procedures and daily safety compliance.
• Support other departments as needed.
