Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a part-time Associate I, Retail Sales Floor in Pueblo to help keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and presentable while delivering excellent customer service. You will interact with customers, support pricing and merchandising standards, and help maintain a clean store environment.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Keep the sales floor stocked and organized with merchandise.
• Assist customers and provide excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and restrooms.
• Research pricing and ensure products are displayed to standard.
• Communicate needs to the manager and support departments as required.
