Advantage Solutions is hiring a part-time Retail Field Trainer in Milwaukee, WI. You will deliver in-store training to Event Specialists, help onboard new teammates, and build strong, friendly relationships with store personnel.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, capable of motivating teams, and comfortable coaching for improvement. Flexible hours, up to 28 per week, with potential additional shifts upon request.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement
• Experience in coaching for improvement
• Supervisory experience preferred
