Advantage Solutions in Framingham, MA is seeking a Retail Field Trainer to deliver in-store training to Event Specialists and to support onboarding of new team members. • 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently to achieve goals.
• Comfortable engaging with the public and recommending product sales.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
• Available to work up to 28 hours per week across 5 shifts (Thu-Mon).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

In this role as a Retail Field Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering in-store training to Event Specialists, supporting the onboarding of new team members, and fostering strong, positive relationships with store personnel. Now, about you:

• Youre 21 years or older
• Have 2-3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement(Preferred)
• Have prior supervisory experience
• Are comfortable coaching for improvement from a positive point of view
• Are as self-starter and have the ability to work independently to achieve goals
• Are comfortable engaging with the public, talking with consumers and recommending product sales.
• Have basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Available to work up to 28 hours; 5 shifts per week, Thursday - Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
