lululemon Athletica Inc. is hiring an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our Fairfax, VA store. You will educate customers about performance apparel, drive seamless transactions, and embody our community and culture.

You will work on the floor, assist with merchandising, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding our inclusivity and safety standards. The role welcomes flexible schedules and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide product education.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Perform product presentation, restock, and adhere to company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
