lululemon is seeking a Part-Time Educator for Lehigh Valley Mall to deliver a world-class guest experience by sharing top-quality product education and connecting with our community. You will move across the floor, engage guests, and support seamless omnichannel options while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes inclusion, teamwork, and personal responsibility; you’ll work evenings and weekends as needed in a dynamic retail environment with a competitive pay/benefits package.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide customized, effective solutions.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value to guests.
• Execute end-to-end guest transactions, including omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address issues.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment with fellow staff.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock items according to standards.
• Utilize in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a luxury store environment.
